HOW TO SPEED UP YOUR s60/s80 PHONE

Do the following steps in your nokia mobile
1)First go to ur To-do List (default app of your Phone)

make first note as follows,
Subject: Speed
Due Date: 01-29-2005(mm-dd-yy)
Priority: set to High
then press Done
Make a second Note as follows:
Subject: Qoukie
Due Date: 01-29-2005(mm-dd-yy)
Priority: set to Low
then press Done

now mark both the notes as done.
restart your mobile

2)set your log duration to 1 day or no days

3)avoid loading applications during start up.

4)avoid using an antivirus if you can do without it.

5)Make sure that your images folder doesn't contain too many images. Once you start getting into the hundreds, the phone will take longer and longer to save the image (I assume it's looking for the next free number to post). Better to move the images to your PC or another folder. (Speaking of memory - use the settings in your Inbox, Camera and Video to save to the MMC by default so you don't run out of space.)

6)Themes are also a speed-hog. The more complex the theme, the slower the 6600 response times are. Unless you're in love with your theme, using the default makes your phone much more snappy (but not as snappy, for some reason, as the 3650).
