If your mmc is rejected by your phone, then use a memory card reader and insert it into a windows pc .
Now format your mmc .to do this right click the removable disk option in my computer and select format .
In the resultant dialog box select the file system to be fat and not ntfs or fat 32. and after formatting insert it into your phone and the memory card should work just fine.
